Costruito in pelle bovina pieno fiore D-Skin 2.0 di alta qualità, il Misano 3 Perf. D-air® è la tuta progettata per offrire i massimi livelli di prestazioni e sicurezza in pista. Il massimo delle prestazioni è garantito dalle tecnologie utilizzate per la realizzazione della tuta, che risulta estremamente ergonomica e con un peso nettamente inferiore alla media.
Sviluppo del concetto triassiale, l'innovativo sistema di elasticità pentassiale sulla schiena permette una maggiore libertà di movimento e una maggiore mobilità in piega, data dalla capacità di questa tecnologia di estendersi in cinque direzioni e di adattarsi dolcemente ai movimenti del pilota.
Come tutte le tute D-air® di nuova generazione, la Misano 3 Perf. D-air® presenta il rivoluzionario sistema D-air® RACING SHIELD 3X, dotato di airbag Racing Shield a tripla attivazione integrato nella tuta. Il sistema copre le aree del collo, delle clavicole e delle spalle, che sono le più soggette a impatto in caso di caduta in pista. Grazie all'ultima generazione di generatori di gas, il sistema può essere ricaricato autonomamente.
Per garantire i massimi livelli di ergonomia e comfort, la tuta è dotata del sistema Veloce Racing Neck che riduce la pressione sul collo aumentando la libertà di movimento, di protezioni Pro-Armor sulle spalle e di protezioni morbide sui fianchi. I polsini sono dotati di cerniere autobloccanti che sostituiscono il tradizionale velcro, mentre il sistema di costruzione Soft Edges sulla nuca e sui polsini consente una vestibilità adattabile a tutte le forme e lunghezze delle braccia. Tutte le estremità sono realizzate in morbido tessuto antiabrasione, confortevole e resistente.
Le piastre in alluminio su ginocchia, spalle e gomiti – un segno distintivo dei capi racing Dainese – sono progettate per favorire lo scivolamento in caso di caduta, riducendo il rischio di pericolosi rotolamenti. Il Replaceable Slider System (RSS) sulle ginocchia consente di cambiare il cursore senza modificare la posizione del velcro sulla tuta. I cursori sostituibili sui gomiti possono essere regolati in due posizioni predefinite, per adattarsi allo stile di guida personale e all'angolo di piega.
La sicurezza si combina con il comfort termico, assicurato dal tessuto traforato su entrambi i lati della tuta e da aree di ventilazione più ampie nei punti chiave.

Pelle D-skin 2.0
D-skin 2.0 è un altro prodotto di eccellenza del reparto D-Tec. Il materiale stabilisce nuovi standard in termini di resistenza all'abrasione, alla trazione e allo strappo e offre il massimo comfort grazie alla sua morbidezza e flessibilità. D-skin 2.0 è realizzato con pelle bovina pieno fiore accuratamente selezionata, caratterizzata da fibre lunghe e intatte. Ha lo stesso spessore delle altre pelli bovine utilizzate nella nostra collezione. Speciali trattamenti con resine e cere siliconiche migliorano le caratteristiche tecniche di questa pelle di punta. Constructed of high-quality D-Skin 2.0 full-grain cowhide, the Misano 3 Perf. D-air® is the suit designed to offer maximum levels of performance and safety on the track. Maximum performance is ensured by the technologies used to make the suit, with the result that it’s extremely ergonomic and dramatically lower than average in terms of weight.
A development of the triaxial concept, the innovative pentaxial elasticity system on the back allows greater freedom of movement and increased mobility on leans, given by the ability of this technology to extend in five directions and smoothly adapt to the rider’s movements.
As on all new-generation D-air® suits, the Misano 3 Perf. D-air® features the revolutionary D-air® RACING SHIELD 3X system, equipped with the Racing Shield triple-activation airbag integrated with the suit. The system covers the neck, collarbone, and shoulder areas, which are the most prone to impact in a fall on the track. The latest generation of gas generators means that the system can be recharged independently.
For the highest levels of ergonomics and comfort, the suit features the Veloce Racing Neck system which reduces pressure on the neck while increasing freedom of movement, Pro-Armor protectors on the shoulders and soft protectors on the hips. The cuffs have self-locking zippers to replace the conventional Velcro, and the Soft Edges Construction system on the nape and cuffs allows adaptable fit for all arm shapes and lengths. All the ends are made of soft anti-abrasion fabric, comfortable and resistant.
The aluminum plates on the knees, shoulders and elbows – a hallmark of Dainese racing garments – are designed to assist sliding in a fall, reducing the risk of dangerous rolling. The Replaceable Slider System (RSS) on the knees allows the slider to be changed without changing the position of the Velcro on the suit. The replaceable sliders on the elbows can be adjusted to two pre-defined positions, to match the personal riding style and lean angle.
Safety combines with thermal comfort, ensured by perforated fabric on both sides of the suit and larger ventilation areas at key points.
The in- & out-boot system that allows the boot to be worn both under and over the suit ensures maximum foot and ankle protection. The waterbag kit and washable removable inner lining round out the features of this women’s motorcycle suit.

D-skin 2.0 is another product of excellence from the D-Tec department. The material sets new standards in terms of abrasion, tensile and tear resistance and offers maximum comfort thanks to its softness and flexibility. D-skin 2.0 is made from carefully selected, full-grain cowhide leather that features long, intact fibers. It has the same thickness as other cowhides used in our collection. Special treatments with resins and silicone waxes improve the technical features of this top leather. D-skin 2.0 leather is typically between 1.1 and 1.3 mm thick.
Localized perforation
This patented technology of Dainese allows localized perforation: so it is used only in the areas where ventilation is absolutely necessary. The area of seams is thereby left out, which ensures greater safety and comfort.
D-air® Racing Shield 3X

Pentaxial
Pentaxial is a technology patented by Dainese, an evolution of the bi- and triaxial concept. It allows to follow any movement of the rider on the saddle in any direction, no matter how extreme. Additional seams have been removed to reduce the risk of abrasion and significantly increase overall safety.
Veloce Racing neck
Soft V-neck designed for maximum ergonomics and comfort. Shape and design allow to reduce pressure on the sides of the neck and throat, while increasing freedom of movement when assuming a racing position on the motorcycle. The use of high quality soft materials increases comfort, preventing leather garments from sticking to the skin and creating friction.
