Protezione EXO R.I.S.C.
Per continuare a migliorare il comfort dei nostri prodotti e quindi dei motociclisti, i nostri progettisti sono costantemente messi alla prova. All'inizio del 2021, sono stati incaricati di esaminare nuovamente la traspirabilità delle protezioni.
Le protezioni sono spesso coperture robuste che proteggono molto bene, ma non hanno una valutazione a cinque stelle in altri settori. Se sono duri, assorbono gli impatti e sono resistenti all'abrasione, è probabile che un protettore ottenga un punteggio basso quando si tratta di traspirabilità e flessibilità.
La cosa strana è che il corpo spesso prende più che bene il vento, quindi la traspirabilità non deve essere un problema. Ma come facciamo a flettere una copertura rigida? Ci vorrebbe un po' di macnaficazione.
Protezione R.I.S.C. in TPR
La protezione R.I.S.C. TPR è costituita da gomma termoplastica incorporata nel guscio esterno. La protezione in TPR può variare in termini di durezza, ma nella maggior parte dei casi ha una sensazione di (semi)morbidezza.

Nubuck sintetico

EXO R.I.S.C. protection
In order to keep improving the comfort of our products and thus of motorcyclists, our designers are constantly being challenged. At the start of 2021, they were tasked to take another look at the breathability of protectors.
Protectors are often sturdy covers that protect very well, but lack a five-star rating in other areas. Being hard, impact-absorbent and abrasion-resistant is likely to make a protector score low when it comes to breathability and flexibility.
Strange thing is; your body often catches more than enough wind, so breathability doesn’t have to be an issue. How are we going to flex a hard cover, though? This could use some macnafication.
R.I.S.C. TPR protection
R.I.S.C. TPR protection is thermoplastic rubber incorporated in the outer shell. Protection made of TPR can vary in hardness, but has a (semi) soft feel to it in most cases.
TPR is a combination of rubber and plastic and has the advantages of both materials. This makes TPR impact-absorbent and abrasion-resistant.
Other advantages are its thermal properties and the fact that it can be molded and colored very easily, enabling more stylish protectors compared to traditional ones.
R.I.S.C. EVA protection
R.I.S.C. EVA protection consists of rubber foam underneath the outer shell. Protection with EVA padding is flexible and resilient as it recovers quickly from compression.
EVA foam excels in absorbing vibrations and impact forces. It is also characterized by its good thermal insulation as well as low water-absorption.
Other advantages are its softness, non-toxicity, stress-crack resistance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation which makes EVA suitable for many purposes.
Odorized protection
The protectors are treated with a bacteria-killing and fresh-smelling agent.
Synthetic Nubuck
Brushed synthetic leather which is soft, flexible, breathable and has the look of real suede.
