La Olsan fa parte della famiglia utility di Macna ed è composta da tessuto a rete sul davanti e all'interno delle braccia, e da pelle nelle aree critiche. Air Burst™
In passato, per rinfrescarsi era necessario aprire la cerniera principale. Per fortuna, quei giorni sono finiti, perché da molti anni l'attrezzatura Macna’è dotata di cerniere di ventilazione, pannelli e prese d'aria. Ma a volte tutte queste opzioni non erano ancora sufficienti.
Ecco perché Macna ha evoluto il suo tessuto a rete a un livello superiore, o addirittura a un'altra dimensione. Il tessuto a rete di terza dimensione di Air Burst™ crea uno strato traspirante tra il corpo e l'esterno della calotta, che consente un migliore ingresso di aria fresca per raffreddare il corpo. R.I.S.C.™ Protezioni
Un indumento può essere dotato di protezioni di livello 1 o 2, a seconda del segmento di appartenenza. A leather mesh jacket with a utility style look for all kinds of riders in hot riding conditions.
The Olsan is part of Macna's utility family and consists of mesh fabric at the front and at the inside of the arms, and leather in critical areas. The mesh fabric forms Macna's Air Burst™ differentiator that takes in air to cool the body, and leather provides abrasion resistance where it is needed most.
At the back of the jacket, you’ll find Macna's Belt Loop™, which prevents the jacket from creeping up. At the bottom of the main zip, they fitted another differentiator called the Zip Grip™, which lets you zip up more easily – even with gloves on.
Other differentiators are the Quick Access Puller™ and the Quixnap™, which let you open the inner chest pocket easily and close snaps with nothing more than two fingers.
Macna's RISC™ Level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows. RISC™ back and chest protectors are separately available and can be placed in the designated compartment with ease. Be sure to check the size table before purchasing a back protector. The shoulders are extra well protected by exterior RISC™ EVA shoulders cups.
If you’re a big fan of the unique look or looking for extra baggage capacity, you can expand by attaching Macna's P.A.L.S. baseplate to the back of the jacket, and the MUHB-1 hip bag to the baseplate. Both the baseplate and bag are separately available.

Cow leather is a strong and durable leather which retains its shape very well. It is strong, robust and has a fine regular structure.
Zip Grip™
Zipping up without gloves isn’t always a success at first try. Inserting one part into another turns out to be surprisingly difficult for the most intelligent species on the planet. Some of us even try this sport with their gloves on – with little success in most cases.
Macna’s Zip Grip™ is a triangular reinforcement at the base of the main zip. This reinforcement is easy to get a hold of and provides the needed grip when inserting. Zipping up has just become child’s play, even with gloves on!
Quixnap™
Snaps, studs, buttons; they’re present in motorcycle garments in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and colours. Even though there are countless differences between all of them, there’s one thing they have in common: you need two hands to close them.
Quixnap™ is the latest and most user-friendly snap on the market. It is easy to use for anybody with a minimum of two fingers, which may even be located on the same hand. That’s all there is to it!
Quick Access Puller™
The inner pocket of your motorcycle jacket usually holds important objects, such as your wallet or mobile phone. They’re secured safely by the most isolated pocket in your jacket, though they’re also not quickly accessible.
Enter Macna’s Quick Access Puller™: an extended cord that’s attached to the bottom and the runner of the zip. This enables you to open the inner pocket swiftly and gain access to its contents, without having to fumble for the runner when you’re wearing gloves.
P.A.L.S.
Even today, there’s not a lot of choice when it comes to wearable luggage options for motorcyclists. That’s where Macna’s utility-style gear comes in.
The garments and accessories in this new segment feature P.A.L.S. webbing or are prepared for Mana’s P.A.L.S. baseplate. This enables their utility bags and pouches to be attached in order to expand luggage capacity.
P.A.L.S. stands for Pouch Attachment Ladder System. The last two words refer to the webbing, which enables the first two words; attaching pouches.
Air Burst™
Back in the day, you needed to open up your main zip if you wanted to cool down. Luckily, those days are over as Macna’s gear has been fitted with ventilation zips, panels and outlets for many years now. But sometimes, all those options still weren’t enough.
That’s why Macna evolved their mesh fabric to the next level, or actually another dimension all together. The third-dimension mesh fabric of Air Burst™ creates a breathable layer between the body and outside of the shell, which enables a better intake of cool air to cool the body. 3D mesh also slows you down gently and in one piece before your skin comes into contact with the road.
Belt Loop™
Wearing jeans on a sports- or naked bike can get a bit chilly when your jacket decides to creep up on you. Being cold is one thing, getting hurt is another. In case of an incident, you might end up on your back without your jacket covering it.
Raise your comfort and safety with Macna’s Belt Loop™. It is made of strong webbing that is secured at the top of the back and runs all the way down your jacket, where you can connect it to your belt. The Belt Loop™ keeps your jacket in place, prevents a cold back, and raises your safety in case of an incident.
EVA Protection
R.I.S.C. EVA protection consists of rubber foam underneath the outer shell. Protection with EVA padding is flexible and resilient as it recovers quickly from compression.
EVA foam excels in absorbing vibrations and impact forces. It is also characterized by its good thermal insulation as well as low water-absorption.
Other advantages are its softness, non-toxicity, stress-crack resistance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation which makes EVA suitable for many purposes.
R.I.S.C.™ Protectors
A garment can be fitted with Level 1 or Level 2 protectors, depending on which segment you’re going for. Level 2 protectors are thicker and heavier than Level 1, but in turn they provide better protection. Both levels of RISC protectors are interchangeable and separately available, so you can easily scale down or up if you’d like to.
