Pinlock lens inbegrepen

En het is juist de rotatiebeweging van de kinsectie met een elliptische openingscurve die het mogelijk maakt om de grootte van de voorkant precies te minimaliseren wanneer de kinsectie open is, waardoor de lijn van de N100-6 aerodynamisch is.
Het Dual Action openingssysteem maakt het openen zeer eenvoudig. Andere comfortgerichte details zijn het verstelbare zonnescherm (VPS) en het “Airbooster” systeem, dat de luchtstroom vergroot.
Voor de N100-6 zijn speciale grafische varianten ontwikkeld, die de lijnen van de helm benadrukken, maar vooral de persoonlijkheid van de drager van de flip-up, een discrete motorrijder die aandacht besteedt aan elk detail van zijn outfit. De N100-6 is compatibel met het N-Com communicatiesysteem.

P/J homologatie
De helm kan worden gebruikt met een open (J-configuratie) of doorlopende (P-configuratie) kinbeschermer, omdat de kinbeschermer de homologatietests heeft doorstaan die worden vereist door de UN/ECE-reglementen voor integraalhelmen.

Met het activeringssysteem (gepatenteerd) kan het zonnescherm automatisch worden ingetrokken in een stand-by positie, waardoor noodmanoeuvres die nodig zijn om snel het maximale zichtniveau te bereiken dat het scherm biedt, worden vereenvoudigd.
Eéndelige wangkussentjes
De schuimrubberen binnenbekleding van de wangkussentjes is ontworpen om meer consistente druk en prestaties te leveren in vergelijking met conventionele kussentjes. De vulling kan ook worden verwijderd van de stoffen hoezen om het gemakkelijker te maken de pads te wassen.
“Clima Comfort” binnenvulling
Een nieuw concept waarbij de binnenvulling gemaakt is van microgeperforeerde stof met dubbele dichtheid. In combinatie met het “AirBooster Technology” bovenste ventilatiesysteem, verdeelt het de lucht in het bovenste deel van het hoofd van de rijder's. De nekrol is afneembaar, wasbaar en verstelbaar, zodat hij gemakkelijk kan worden aangepast aan de vorm van de rijder en aan de verschillende instellingen als gevolg van de verschillende rijposities.
Gegoten uitsparing voor de wangkussentjes in polystyreen
De helm heeft een voorgevormde uitsparing voor de binnenste wangkussentjes in het polystyreen, waardoor de stoffen binnenste wangkussentjes nauwkeuriger kunnen worden afgesteld. Deze kuip, die het product een hoogwaardige afwerking geeft, dient ook als houder voor de oortelefoons van het N-Com communicatiesysteem.
Air Booster-technologie
Het exclusieve “Air Booster Technology” bovensysteem zorgt voor optimale ventilatie op de plekken waar het hoofd van de rijder dat het meest nodig heeft. De lucht wordt afgezogen uit de bovenste luchtinlaat en naar de meest kritieke gebieden geperst, waarbij elke verspreiding wordt vermeden om maximaal comfort te garanderen, zelfs in extreme rijomstandigheden.
Elliptische kinbeschermerrotatie (gepatenteerd)
De elliptische rotatie van de kinbeschermer maakt het mogelijk om de totale omvang van het voorste deel van de helm tot een minimum te beperken wanneer de kinbeschermer geopend is. Dit vermindert het “sail” effect aanzienlijk en zorgt voor rijcomfort, zelfs wanneer de kinbeschermer omhoog staat.
Dual Action (gepatenteerd)
Exclusief dubbelwerkend systeem om de kinbeschermer te openen. Het bevindt zich in het midden van de kinbeschermer en kan gemakkelijk met één hand worden geopend. Het dubbele openingsmechanisme vermindert het risico dat de kinbeschermer per ongeluk wordt geopend: de kinbeschermer kan alleen worden geopend door de eerste ontgrendelingshendel (of het veiligheidsslot) te activeren en daarna de tweede hendel.
Microlock2 (gepatenteerd)

The chin section of the N100-6 offers the freedom of an open-face helmet (or J) with the protection of a full-face helmet (P). And it is precisely the rotational movement of the chin section with an elliptical opening curve that allows the size of the front to be minimized precisely when the chin section is open, making the line of the N100-6 aerodynamic.

P/J homologation
The helmet can be used with either an open (J configuration) or continuous (P configuration) chin guard, as the chin guard has passed the homologation tests required by the UN/ECE regulations for full-face helmets.
Ultra-wide shield
The large surface area of the S/R shield (scratch-resistant) allows a wider view, even to the sides, which greatly increases active safety.
Pinlock® anti-fog inner visor
Supplied depending on the segment. Thanks to the patented adjustment system, the elongation of the Pinlock® inner visor can be adjusted from the outside of the shield without having to remove it. The Full Silicone Border (FSB) allows the air chamber between the outside and inside of the helmet to be enlarged, further reducing the risk of fogging; it also reduces the risk of scratches on the shield.
VPS sun protection
Made from LEXAN™*, the sun visor is treated S/R (scratch-resistant) and F/R (anti-fog) and offers UV protection of up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily removed for maintenance and cleaning and is fully adjustable. The activation system (patented) allows the sunshade to automatically retract in a standby position, simplifying emergency maneuvers required to quickly reach the maximum level of visibility that the shield offers.
One-piece cheek pads
The foam inner padding of the cheek pads has been designed to provide more consistent pressure and performance over time compared to conventional pads. The padding can also be removed from the fabric covers to make it easier to wash the pads.
“Clima Comfort” inner padding
A new concept where the inner padding is made of double density micro-perforated fabric. In combination with the “AirBooster Technology” upper ventilation system, it distributes the air in the upper part of the rider's head. The neck roll is removable, washable and adjustable so that it can be easily adapted to the shape of the rider and to the different settings resulting from the different riding positions.
Molded recess for the cheek pads in polystyrene
The helmet has a molded recess for the inner cheek pads in the polystyrene, which allows for a more precise adjustment of the fabric inner cheek pads. This fairing, which gives the product a high-quality finish, also serves as a holder for the earphones of the N-Com communication system.
Air Booster technology
The exclusive “Air Booster Technology” upper system ensures optimum ventilation in the areas where the rider's head needs it most. Air is extracted from the upper air intake and forced into the most critical areas, avoiding any dispersion to ensure maximum comfort even in extreme riding conditions.
Elliptical chin guard rotation (patented)
The elliptical rotation of the chin guard makes it possible to reduce the overall size of the front part of the helmet to a minimum when the chin guard is open. This greatly reduces the “sail” effect and ensures riding comfort even when the chin guard is raised.
Dual Action (patented)
Exclusive dual action chin guard opening system. It is positioned in the middle of the chin guard and enables easy, one-handed opening. The dual action opening mechanism reduces the risk of accidental opening: the chin guard can only be opened by activating the first unlocking lever (or the safety lock) and then by activating the second lever.
Microlock2 (patented)
This is a patented double-lever restraint system with micrometric adjustment. It consists of a thermoplastic, ergonomic opening lever and a second, toothed retaining lever made of aluminum. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip so that the chinstrap can only be opened with a very wide turn of the opening lever. This device minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening of the restraint system.
Preparation for the N-COM communication system
The helmet is prepared and approved for the optional N-COM communication system and the innovative ESS (Emergency Stop Signal).
