The vent tube is located in the reservoir's fill port and serves as a vent for the system.
The vent plug is normally connected to the vent hose. If an auxiliary tank such as the Lube Tube or the Magnum HCR Tank is used, these are connected here.
When you want to fill the reservoir, remove the vent plug to expose the fill port.
