Pinlock® Anti-Fog Lenses

There’s not just one lens!

Pinlock offers 3 different performance levels in the range of insert lenses, to enable everyone to enjoy a clear and fog-free vision when riding.

The insert lenses range starts from the Pinlock® 30, Pinlock® 70 and Pinlock® 120 lenses. The number is used to describe the levels of fog free clearance the insert lenses provides in order to acclimatise to temperature differences that cause helmet shields to fog up.

The Pinlock® 30 is the entry level fog resistant solution that offers efficient clear vision while riding, designed to be the universal fog resistant solution for helmets, The Pinlock® 30 insert lens fits all Pinlock 30 prepared helmet face shield on the market.	The Pinlock® 70 insert lens is enhanced with stronger fog resistant properties that increase the fog free endurance of the lens. All Pinlock® 70 insert lenses are made in a custom fit design, that ensures better fog resistance coverage.	The fog resistant Pinlock® 120 insert lens is the top of the line fog resistant solution for professionals. The Pinlock® 120 lens is also used by professional riders in motorcycle racing series.	The Pinlock® 200 insert offers unmatched anti-fog performance, even under the most challenging weather conditions. Motorcyclists can now enjoy crystal-clear vision, greater comfort, and enhanced safety.

Light-Tinted

The Pinlock® Light-Tinted insert lens offers comfortable vision under partially cloudy skies.

Dark-Tinted

The Pinlock® Dark-Tinted insert lens offers comfortable vision during bright conditions.

Yellow-Tinted

The Pinlock® Yellow-Tinted lens offers comfortable vision by increasing contrast during any conditions.

100% Max Vision™

The Pinlock® 100% Max Vision™ insert lenses provides a maximum lens coverage area within the helmet face shield that is designed with a custom cavity area to fit the lens perfectly.

Pinlock® colored lenses is also available in 100% Max Vision™ format.

Cavity

Pinlock® works closely with helmet manufacturers to develop custom cavity areas to fit the Pinlock® 100% Max Vision™ insert lens deeper in the helmet face shield.

Maximum coverage

The extended coverage of the Pinlock® 100% Max Vision™ insert lens helps the lens to reach the edges of the face shield to provide a larger fog resistant coverage area through the insert lens.
