Will my package be delivered as normal?

  • Yes we are still there for you in the usual quality. Please pay attention to the indicated delivery times for your product, they might be longer than usual.

Will there be delivery problems?

At the moment the packages in Germany are delivered as usual by our shipping service providers DHL and UPS. Occasionally there may be delays in delivery in various countries. In addition, currently defined areas in various countries are not delivered. Which zones, areas and countries are affected, please refer to the corresponding pages of our service providers, which are updated regularly

  • Our approach
    Every order is accepted.

    Orders placed from delivery areas where there may be delays will go through our delivery process as normal. We ask for your understanding if your order is subject to delays on the part of our delivery service providers.

    Orders placed from "restricted areas", i.e. zones in which our delivery service providers are currently unable to deliver, will be accepted normally via our system, but will be paused and shipped as soon as possible if the respective government decides to lift the measures. In this case you will of course be contacted by our customer service and informed immediately as soon as your goods are on their way to you.
  • Our stock items - immediately available premium items
    We always have our premium items in stock at our large warehouse, and if they are ordered by 13 o'clock, they will be shipped the same day.
    If a product is delivered from a country with restrictions, we will inform you. Depending on the product, longer delivery times may occur. We ask for your understanding. We are in very close contact with our manufacturers and try our best to supply you promptly.

What are the hygiene standards?

  • We have increased our logistics for you and divided it into 2 teams to ensure a constant delivery. Furthermore, our employees work according to the currently recommended hygiene standards.
  • In addition, the contact in the delivery of the parcels is minimized by a signature that is no longer required. More information about contactless delivery can be found here: DHL and UPS

Can I return my package?

We can still be reached on all channels:

* The discount is valid for the shop price. If the product has already been reduced by 20%, then you gain extra 15% off the shop price. Not valid for gift cards and return labels. A few articles and brands can be excluded. Not combinable with other offers, like freebies. A price reduction is not possible in hindsight.
