I am 5\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'10\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" and weigh 210lbs (broader shoulders, but I also have about 10lbs extra at the belly, and muscular legs), and I used the Held sizing chart to determine size of jacket / pants. I found myself at the top edge of the large sizing, but because this jacket has a lot of adjustability, I chose the XL size with the orange sleeves and am very happy with the choice. The jacket fits just right accross the top, and the adjustable arm bands and waist adjustment bring it in perfectly, where the jacket feels well fitted and not bulky in any way. There is still room for an extra thermal layer if needed. I really have no complaints about this jacket at all, although I have not ridden many miles or in all conditions yet. I have not rain tested it at this point. I would like to add more to this review later. My favorite features of the jacket are: zip around cuffs on sleeves, the GoreTex liner that can slip over the jacket as well as under, the numerous vents - especially the front zipper vents - and pockets, magnetic latches, protection, and overall fit and quality of the garment My only difficulty so far with the jacket was trying to use the loop at the collar to hold open the front flap. It is not easy to do, even with two hands. Maybe it will get better with time, but it is much easier to unhook than to latch it. Not something you can do while riding. The light grey color isn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t as close to white as one might think, and it will perform well in the heat of summer with less heat absorption. I am looking forward to testing out on the VFR this summer as I take another trip to Colorado, USA!

After trying several models and brands, finally this is the best choice for a 3 seasons jacket (spring, summer, autumn). With the help of Held customer service, I have the right size. Jacket is filled with comfort and technical features ( many vents in a lot of places, double adjustments on arm, magnetic holders)
