How can I pay?
To make purchasing with us a pleasure, we can offer you the following payment methods:
Advance payment by bank transfer - This is the best and cheapest way to pay for your order. You make a bank transfer for the invoiced amount to our payment provider Payone quoting your transaction number. The necessary payment information you'll get in an additional e-mail from Payone. As soon as we receive payment confirmation the goods will be despatched.

Online bank transfer - The TÜV certificated quick alternative to advance payment. TÜV is the well known German Quality Assurance Institute. For shipping inside Germany with 500,- EUR of buyer's protection. At the end of the order process you are redirected onto directpay24.com and can do your payment with your bank account details as well as PIN and TAN. After end of the payment we receive a confirmation that this has occurred and your goods will be despatched immediately. Your advantages are obvious: Comfortably, fast and no waiting periods like with advance payment. Read more on the website of directpay24.com.
PayPal - With the free online payment service PayPal, you can pay securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance - all without sharing your financial details with us. If you pay with PayPal, we can finish your order in most cases immediately. You find further information about PayPal under www.paypal.com www.paypal.com

Credit card - The easy way to pay. We despatch the goods as quickly as possible and the payment is taken from your bank account later by the credit card company. We accept Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard) and American Express.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) - If you choose this option, the goods will be despatched as soon as possible. You pay the post person at your front door when you take delivery. There is an supplementary charge for COD.
What does shipping cost?
For bank transfer and credit card payments we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.90 Euro inside Germany. For orders worth more than €250.- shipping is free of charge inside Germany. We ship by DHL or UPS.
For COD we invoice an additional €4.00 inside Germany and €5.90 inside the EU. For COD you will also have to pay another charge of €2.00 to DHL or UPS; this charge is not shown on our price lists. We can make partial deliveries.
What is to be followed by the dispatch abroad?
For deliveries outside Germany, we accept payment by advance payment, PayPal or credit card. Inside the E.U. is delivering by cash on delivery possible, too. For delivering outside the E.U., e.g. Switzerland or Norway, we dispatch the goods tax-free (19% VAT). Perhaps you have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland. Please, find out from your custom authorities.

When will I receive delivery?
If you choose payment by online bank transfer, cash-on-delivery or credit card we despatch the goods as soon as possible. If you choose advance payment or PayPal, we despatch goods immediately the payment is paid into our account.
General speaking, despatch takes three to five days. In most cases we are quicker but factors outside our control can slow despatch (e.g. difficulties with ordering or delivery at our suppliers). We despatch goods by DHL or UPS. If the waiting period for an item is longer than one week, we will contact you.
How can I change the order afterwards?
Within a few minutes of making your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you want to change or cancel something, tell us as quickly as possible by e-mail. Quote the order number we sent you and send your e-mail to service@motoin.de.
When can I exchange or return goods? How do I do this?
Once you receive the goods you have 14 days in which you can return them without having to give a reason. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period; you can send notice to us by post or e-mail. After this you should send the goods back to us. To handle your return fast and uncomplicated, please use the return form which was sent with your package. The goods must be original packed, without use tracks and provided with all etiquettes or stickers. If there is no return form in your package you may download it here.
We will refund the cost of returning goods for orders from Germany if the goods delivered are not as ordered, if the goods are of poor quality or if the invoiced amount is over € 40,00. Do not return goods COD or without paying postal charges. This will cause higher costs for the return and will be set off our refund to you.
What happens to my personal data?
We protect your personal data using the latest security and encryption procedures.
Your data entries are transmitted to us using the SSL(Secure-Socket-Layer) system. SSL is currently the most widely available and most secure system for transmitting sensitive data on Internet.
Your personal data will only be used to process your order. We will only pass on your details to our business partners who need your address in order to make delivery. Your personal details will not be passed on to any other third parties.
We store and manage customer data in accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG) - German Data Protection Law and the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG) - German Remote Services Data Protection Law. You have the right at any time to request information about the data we hold about you, to request a copy of this information, to request that access to this data be refused and to request that this data be deleted.
